Thanks a TON to Crystal Lam for finding this service! At the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, we will assemble food packages for thousands of low income seniors, women with infants, and children of Los Angeles County. The food packages consist of canned fruits, canned vegetables, rice, cereal and other non-perishable food items. FOR SAFETY, NO OPEN TOE, HIGH HEELED, OR SHOES EXPOSING THE HEEL.

Attire: Jean, t-shirt, and tennis shoes.

It's the most beautiful time of the year, floats fill the streets spreading so much cheer, I could be playing LoL, but I choose to go float decorating! Come decorate floats you'll be seeing on live TV! You will face high ladders (optional), get messy, meet new people, learn crafty art, and make memories with friends! Food will not be provided, but feel free to bring your own lunch, purchase food at the foodtruck next to the warehouse, or walk a few blocks down to In n Out and Jack in the Box! Get into this holiday fun because this is a worthwhile experience! Hours for this service is going towards 2nd semester hours only. 

Attire: In this cold weather, you'll be working with paint and glue. Wear warm clothing and clothes you're willing to get dirty in. No sandals, you must wear closed toed shoes. Please bring scissors. 

Other info: Parking is available in front of the street of the warehouse.

The San Gabriel Alhambra Latino Association was not able to host the annual Dias Des Los Muertos Festival, but do not fear. ALA welcomes the Holidays Festival, where you will be assisting coordinators and vendors, setting up tables and chairs around the school, helping out face painting and other art activities, and enjoying live performances and art exhibits.
