It is the beginning of the year and it's time for some parents to get a hold of what they're looking at! For this service, you will be assisting office staff members and guiding Freshmen and parents to the Auditorium. Make sure to head to the Guidance Office at 5:15 P.M. to meet with Ms. Guiterrez for assistance and to sign in with NHS.

POPS CONCERT 2013

Date: Saturday, September 7th, 2013

Time: 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.

Location: LA County Arboretum

(301 N Baldwin Avenue Arcadia, CA 91007)
(*Extremely close to Santa Anita Mall)

It is the last momentous POPS Concert of the year. The wonderful Michael Feinstein is back to astound the crowd and possibly even you. So come by and help greet friendly guests, carry picnic baskets, distribute programs, collect tickets, manage lines, do general cleanup, and catch up with other members. You won't regret signing up! 

Food: A meal will be provided. 

Attire: White collared shirt, appropriate black pants/skirt, and comfortable shoes. (It will be blazing hot, so try not to wear any apparel that is thick and furry) And please carry a flashlight to the service!

SAN GABRIEL REGISTRATIONS

Date: JULY 31ST, 2013 (TRAINING IN THE GUIDANCE OFFICE FROM 3:00-3:15 PM)
          August 1st- August 2nd, 2013
          August 5th- August 9th, 2013

Time: **Aug. 7th-8th- 7:00 AM-11:30 AM and 1:00 PM-3:00 PM (Break from 11:30 AM-12:50 PM)
          The remaining days are from 7:00 AM-11:30 AM

Location: San Gabriel High School 

Officers: August 1st (Jenny, Steven, Teresa) 

High school registrations are around the corner. Please attend the Training to acquire useful information. (However, attending the practice will not count as hours) On the official registration day, make sure to arrive promptly at 7:00 AM in the Guidance Office to help set up and to fulfill all of Ms. Perla's requests (and many other coordinators' requests). *Those who are volunteering on August 7th and August 8th, please pack a satiating meal since you have around an hour to relax! Thank you for your cooperation.
