Latern Festival Volunteer Service

Lantern Festival (Chinese American Museum)

Date: Sat. March 1st, 2014             
Time: Shift 1- 9 am to 1 pm
       Shift 2- 1 pm to 5 pm
       Shift 3- 5 pm to 8 pm
 Location: Chinese American Museum
           425 N. Los Angeles Street
           Los Angeles, CA 90012
Officer Attending: Jenny Bui and Teresa

Various positions will be given to volunteers in this annual celebration in Downtown LA. The festival will have a lot of arts and crafts workshops, book signings, and cultural state performances. Lunch, parking, and a t-shirt will be given to volunteers who participate! If you guys have nothing to do on March 1st, come volunteer since you'll be able to check out the Chinese American Museum! Last year, a volunteer spotted Mr. Hendrickson and Ms. Wong at the lantern festival!!!!!

I just need to send a list to the coordinator by January 31st as an overview. If you sign up after January 31, it will be okay to do so. Also, if you want to drop your spot, please do so by February 20.

      Hours are always updated. After every event, your great Secretary promptly updates the hours. The link that Steven posts is the hours sheet, and that's been the same sheet we've been using for the whole year. Always click on that link to check your hours.

      Yes. But make sure to tell the attending officer(s) before you go and sign out with the exact time you leave
