Blanket Making Service

Christmas is just around the corner, so spread the spirit of generosity by making fleece blankets! These blankets will be donated towards a good cause. 

NOTE: You can earn 1 hour for bringing 3 yards of fleece for this service. Each person is limited to earning only 1 hour this way. Please say in the comments if you are going to donate some fleece!

PLEASE bring a pair of scissors!

For this event, hours can go to either Semester 1 or Semester 2. Make sure you comment which semester you want the hours for! That said, those who opt for Semester 1 will be given priority in terms of sign-ups. Regardless of hours, please sign up anyway if you are interested!

It's that time of year again for float decorating! Come work on the Rose Parade floats you'll see on TV.  Get messy, meet new people, and have fun with arts and crafts. Food will not be provided; however, you can bring your own lunch, purchase food from nearby food trucks, or walk a couple blocks for some In-N-Out or Jack in the Box. Parking will be available on the street in front of the float warehouse.

Attire: Please wear old clothing, as we will be working with paint and glue. Also remember that we will be working in cold weather as well.  No sandals; you must wear closed toed shoes.

PLEASE bring a pair of scissors to this event!

ONE SHIFT may count towards Semester 1 hours. Please indicate in the comments if you want the hours for Semester 1.

For now, the maximum is TWO SHIFTS per person, regardless of day/time/hours.

Holiday Half Marathon & 5K Kids Run

Come volunteer to make this event a success! We will be helping with personal item storage, collecting participant belongings before the race for safe keeping. Participants will check in their items with their bib number, and volunteers will store these belongings in an organized manner.
